Al Ijabah Tours (“Company”) provides Hajj pilgrimage services strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Government of India and the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All bookings, services, and operations are governed by the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
By registering, booking, or traveling with us, every pilgrim agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the official rules prescribed by the authorities of both countries.
Regulatory & Legal Framework
Hajj operations are governed by a dual-government regulatory system. Every pilgrim and Hajj Group Organiser (HGO) is legally required to follow the policies, instructions, and approvals issued by:
The Government of India, including the Ministry of External Affairs, Consulates, Immigration authorities, RBI, and other relevant departments.
The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through platforms such as e-Hajj, Nusuk Masar, Saudi Immigration, Moallim authorities, and local municipalities.
As these authorities control quotas, visa approvals, travel movement, tent allocations, and operational permissions, certain situations may arise that are beyond the control of the Company or the pilgrim. In all such cases, government decisions are final and binding.
Booking Eligibility & Documentation
All pilgrims must hold a valid Indian passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel and must submit all required documents within stipulated timelines.
Depending on nationality or departure country, additional documentation such as residence permits, NOCs, biometric records, and vaccination certificates may be required.
Pilgrims are solely responsible for timely completion of documentation, biometrics, and medical verification. Any delay, discrepancy, or incomplete submission may result in rejection by Saudi authorities, for which Al Ijabah Tours shall not be held responsible.
Package Pricing & Currency Policy
Package prices are calculated based on multiple dynamic factors including USD exchange rate, airfare, VAT, Saudi taxes, Moallim charges, accommodation tariffs, and service fees.
Any increase in exchange rates, airline fares, VAT, transportation costs, or government-imposed charges shall be borne by the pilgrim.
GST and TCS apply as per Government of India regulations. For international departures, local taxes or remittance charges may apply based on the country of booking.
Payments & Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial advance payment. A portion of this advance amounting to ₹1,00,000 is strictly non-refundable, as it is utilized for initial processing and operational allocations.
All payments must be completed within prescribed deadlines. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in automatic cancellation, and the Company reserves the right to forfeit amounts already paid as per cancellation timelines.
Visa, MOFA & Saudi Authorization
Issuance of the Hajj Visa, MOFA number, biometric approval, and Masar clearance is entirely at the discretion of Saudi authorities.
Al Ijabah Tours facilitates documentation but has no control over final approvals.
Once the Hajj Visa or MOFA is issued, the booking becomes fully confirmed and non-refundable, as funds are immediately utilized within Saudi systems.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refund shall be provided for unused services or reduced duration of stay.
If a pilgrim is offloaded by airline or emigration authorities in India or Saudi Arabia for any reason—including medical issues, documentation discrepancies, or past travel records—the Company shall not be responsible, and no refund shall be entertained.
All departures are ex-Hyderabad. Any extension or route change imposed by airlines or Moallim authorities will be charged additionally.
Cancellation Deductions
Up to 31 December 2025: 30% of total package amount forfeited
Up to 31 January 2026: 50% of total package amount forfeited
After 31 January 2026: No refund applicable
Once the Hajj Visa or MOFA is issued, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
Airline ticket refunds, if applicable, will strictly follow airline policies. No refunds apply for no-shows, immigration offloading, incomplete documentation, delayed biometrics, health non-compliance, or voluntary non-usage of services.
Refunds dependent on Indian or Saudi Government decisions—such as quota changes, Masar/e-Hajj delays, or funds held in Saudi wallet systems—can only be processed after release by the concerned authorities.
Accommodation & Rooming
Hotels shown in brochures or on the website indicate category/class only. Similar hotels may be allotted based on availability and Saudi regulations.
Room allocation (double/triple/quad) is determined by hotel management during peak Hajj season. No refund applies for unused accommodation or operationally required changes.
Itinerary, Flights & Travel Schedule
All itineraries, Hijri dates, flight timings, and schedules are approximate and subject to change due to airline operations, weather, or government instructions.
Such changes are common during Hajj and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah & Moallim Services
All tent allocation, zoning, facilities, food services, cooling systems, and transport during the core Hajj days are governed solely by Saudi authorities and official Moallim systems.
The Company coordinates as per official allocation but cannot modify or influence government-mandated arrangements.
Transportation & Movement
Transportation within Saudi Arabia during Hajj is operated under government-controlled systems. Waiting periods may occur due to crowd clearance protocols. Private or additional transport is not included unless explicitly stated.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Pilgrims are fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The Company is not liable for loss or damage, including Zamzam. Excess baggage charges must be paid directly to airlines.
Health, Medical Fitness & Safety
Hajj is physically demanding. All pilgrims must be medically fit and carry valid medical fitness certificates.
Mandatory vaccinations (including Meningococcal ACWY, Polio, Yellow Fever where applicable, and COVID-19) must be completed before travel.
Pilgrims requiring assistance must be accompanied by a capable attendant. Authorities may deny travel if health requirements are not met.
Conduct & Compliance
Pilgrims must strictly follow instructions issued by Company staff, Moallim officials, and Indian & Saudi authorities. Discipline, cooperation, and respectful conduct are mandatory throughout the journey.
Events Beyond Control
Events such as quota changes, system failures (Masar/e-Hajj), government restrictions, flight delays, or natural conditions are beyond the Company’s control.
Operations will follow official directives, and refunds (if any) depend entirely on recoveries from authorities or service providers.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless international laws mandate otherwise.
DISCLAIMER
All information, pricing, itineraries, and services are based on guidelines available at the time of publication. Hajj operations depend on approvals, quotas, and systems regulated by the Government of India, Ministry of Hajj & Umrah (KSA), airlines, and authorized Saudi service providers.
Changes may occur without prior notice due to regulatory or operational requirements. Al Ijabah Tours shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or service variations arising from such circumstances.
All refunds, when applicable, are subject to these Terms & Conditions and actual recoveries from authorities or third-party providers.
